It's not just bluster, and he's probably right.

OK, part of it is Kobe-styled, unsmiling bluster, but Bryant is right when he says one-on-one ball is "what I do." LeBron is still the better overall player- - scores more at a more efficient rate, passers better, rebounds better, defends better and gathers more blocks and steals -- but Kobe in a one-on-one scenario is still a nightmare.
If anything, I'd wonder who would win a one-on-one to 11, win by two: Kobe, or Dwyane Wade? Probably Kobe, but perhaps not "in his sleep."
